More About Snoring

Besides snoring other signs and symptoms of OSA or UARS are:

  • Excessive daytime sleepiness
  • Restless sleep
  • Frequent awakening during sleep – often mistaken for need for “bathroom visits”
  • Morning headaches upon awakening
  • Overweight (high BMI
  • Depression
  • Severe anxiety
  • A history of accidents – occupational and motor vehicle
  • Dry mouth when awakening
  • Gastrointestinal reflux – GERD
  • Temperamental behavior
